Ukrainian military likely hit Saki airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea
The Armed Forces of Ukraine may have hit the Saki (Saq) airfield in the temporarily occupied Crimea (Qırım).
Commander of the Ukrainian Air Force Mykola Oleshchuk reports.
"Saki airfield! "All targets are down! Unfortunately, our Air Force was left without another control point in Crimea," Oleshchuk wrote.
At the same time, the Air Force commander thanked the Ukrainian pilots "for their work".
The Russian side did not comment on the attack on the airfield. The Russian Ministry of Defence only announced the alleged shooting down of four Ukrainian missiles over the temporarily occupied half a square kilometre.
It will be recalled that on January 4, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the command post of the Russian troops near Sevastopol in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
