The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, wrote about this.

The Prime Minister noted that Ukraine put in all the efforts for emergency repair works and restored the electricity supply in 4,000 settlements.

"Ukrainians showed public spirit by voluntarily reducing electricity consumption by 10% on average. On October 15, citizens of Kyiv and the region together reduced their consumption by 7%," Shmyhal wrote.
