Azerbaijani authorities will hold a meeting with Armenians living in Nagorno-Karabakh on September 21.

This was reported by the Azerbaijani State News Agency.

The meeting will be held in Yevlakh. It will "discuss issues of reintegration on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and its laws".

It will be recalled that on September 19, Azerbaijan announced "local anti-terrorist measures" in Nagorno-Karabakh.

On September 20, the parties agreed to a ceasefire.

The Armenian military and the armed groups of Nagorno-Karabakh are supposed to withdraw heavy equipment and weapons from the region.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that Armenia did not participate in the agreements between Azeibardzhan and the Nagorno-Karabakh "authorities".

Some residents of Nagorno-Karabakh went to the airport to evacuate.
