Zelenskyy visits clinic where Ukrainian servicemen are treated in New York

During his visit to New York, President Zelenskyy visited a clinic where Ukrainian soldiers are being treated.

Wounded Ukrainian soldiers are undergoing treatment and rehabilitation at the Staten Island University Hospital.

During the meeting, the President awarded the military with the Order for Courage, III class.

The Order of Merit, III class was also awarded to Rebecca Gonzalez, Physical Therapist at Staten Island University Hospital Ocean Breeze, Michael Dowling, President and CEO of Northwell Health Corporation, and Peter Leone, Senior Physical Therapist at Staten Island University Hospital Ocean Breeze.

It will be recalled that Zelenskyy arrived in the United States on the evening of September 18, Kyiv time. In the United States, he will attend the UN General Assembly, meet with US President Biden at the White House and hold a series of bilateral meetings.
