Zelenskyy said that any negotiations with the Russian Federation would be possible only after the liberation of all occupied Ukrainian territories

"We cannot lift any sanctions. After the war — yes, we can start talking about lifting certain sanctions, we can talk about reparations, we can talk about monetary payments from them [from Russia — ed.], about diplomacy. We can involve the presidents of all the countries or any institutions in those discussions, but only after Russia vacates our territories," emphasized Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
