Zelenskyy enacts additional NSDC sanctions against 185 people and 181 companies, including those related to arms production

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defence Council to impose new sanctions against citizens of Russia, Moldova, Germany, Uzbekistan and a number of companies.
This is stated in the presidential decree.
The sanctions list includes 181 companies and 185 people. Most of them are Russian citizens. In particular, Dmitry Rebus is the director and founder of VMK Limited Liability Company. This company is a supplier of electronics for Russian military equipment. Boris Ostrovsky, a co-founder of File Line LLC, which supplies electronic components manufactured by Xilinx, was also subject to restrictions. Their companies were also included in the list of restrictions.
In addition, sanctions were imposed against German citizen Ralf-Dieter Montag-Girmes, Moldovan citizen Inna Linnik (presumably an official of the government of the self-proclaimed Transnistria), and Uzbek citizen Marifkhodzh Saidumarov, who works for Foton. This joint-stock company supplies electronics and microcircuits.
The sanctions were mainly imposed for 10 years.
