Zaporizhzhia NPP reconnected to the Ukrainian power grid — Ukrenergo

ZNPP is switching from diesel generators to receiving electricity for its needs from the United Energy System of Ukraine.

As a reminder, the last line connecting the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia NPP and the Ukrainian power grid was disconnected at night due to Russian shelling. As a result, the plant was de-energized and went into blackout mode for the sixth time during the occupation.

Before that, Zaporizhzhia NPP had been cut off from power on November 23, 2022.
