Yevheniy Prigozhin, the owner of the Wagner PMC, recorded a video message allegedly from Africa.

The video was published by pro-Russian Telegram channels.

Prigozhin did not specify where the PMC was located.

"The Wagner PMC is making Russia even greater on all continents and Africa even further free," Prigozhin said.

He added that the PMC allegedly recruits people to carry out tasks, particularly to "give ISIS, al-Qaeda and other bandits nightmares".
