Volodymyr Zelenskyy holds bilateral meetings with leaders of six partner countries
During the second day of the NATO Summit in Vilnius, Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the Chancellor of Germany, the Prime Ministers of the United Kingdom, Canada, the Netherlands, Australia and France.
The press service of the President of Ukraine reported this.
During the conversation with Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau, the parties agreed to supply armoured vehicles to Ukraine.
Germany pledged to provide Ukraine with additional Patriot launchers and missiles for them.
With British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed security guarantees for Ukraine on its path to NATO membership.
During a conversation with Zelenskyy, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced that 30 Bushmaster armoured personnel carriers would be provided to Ukraine.
With the Dutch prime minister, Zelenskyy agreed to start training F-16 pilots in August and to "contribute to the strengthening" of Ukraine's air defence and artillery. The Netherlands also supported security guarantees for Ukraine on its path to NATO.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy meets with President of France Emmanuel Macron. During the conversation, Macron said that France would provide additional engineering equipment for demining.
Zelenskyy is also scheduled to meet with US President Joe Biden on July 12.
