US President Biden assumes Israel was not behind the explosion in Gaza hospital

United States President Joe Biden has suggested that Israel was not behind the explosion at a hospital in Gaza.

He said this during a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Tel Aviv.

"Based on what I've seen, it appears as though it was done by the other team, not you. But there’s a lot of people out there who’re not sure," Joe Biden said.

It will be recalled that on October 17, an explosion occurred at the al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza. Hamas blamed the attack on Israel, which denied any involvement. The Israeli Defence Forces, citing intelligence, said that the Islamic Jihad group was responsible for the attack on the hospital.

After that, mass protests in support of Palestine took place in some Middle Eastern countries. Demonstrations were also held in Berlin, Germany.
