Ukrainian troops liberate Storozheve, Donetsk region

The Naval Infantry Corps has liberated Storozheve in the Donetsk region. The village had been occupied for over a year.

The Joint Press Centre of the Tavriia Defence Task Forces reported this.

This village is located in the south-west of the Donetsk region. Russians occupied Storozheve in March 2022.

The road from Velyka Novosilka to Mariupol goes through Storozheve.

The operation to liberate the village was carried out by the 35th Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi Separate Marine Brigade.
