Ukrainian ports use less than 50% of their capacities within the "grain initiative" due to slowdown of inspections by the Russian side — Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov.

On November 27, the head of the Ukrainian ministry together with the U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Brigitte Brink and the coordinator for sanctions Jim O'Brien visited Odesa seaports.

"While Russia is using food as a weapon, Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Ukraine are taking steps to reduce food insecurity," Brink said.
