Ukrainian military have completely liberated Liman

This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy. 

"As of 12:30, Liman has been completely de-occupied. I thank our military, our warriors. Glory to Ukraine!" the President stressed.

The city was under Russian occupation for more than 4 months.
