Ukraine, Turkey and the UN agreed on the plan of movement of Ukrainian vessels on October 31 - the Joint Coordination Center of the UN Black Sea Grain Initiative

On October 31, 16 vessels will pass through the maritime humanitarian corridor, twelve outbound and four inbound vessels. As the JCC Secretariat, the UN delegation informed the Russian delegation about the movement per the established JCC procedures.

During the meeting, the delegation of the Russian Federation informed that while suspending its participation in the initiative for an indefinite period, it "will continue the dialogue with the UN and the Turkish delegation on urgent issues".
