Ukraine strengthens northern border

Ukraine's military is stepping up the defence of its northern border, given the situation around the Zaporizhzhia NPP.

This was announced by Commander Serhii Naiev. 

In particular, the number of personnel and military equipment at the border will be increased. 

"Work in this area has not stopped since the enemy was driven out of the north and continues around the clock. Anti-tank barriers are being built, minefields are being set up, and the entire defensive line is being reinforced," Naiev said.
