Ukraine returns 100 people from Russian captivity

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andrii Yermak, announced this.

Soldiers, sailors, border guards and national guardsmen have returned home. Among them are the defenders of Mariupol, Azovstal, and Hostomel.

Some people are seriously injured and ill.

"The task of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is to return all our people. For him, this is a key issue and one of his priorities. It was not an easy exchange, and I am grateful to the entire team, the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War for doing what often seems impossible to many," Yermak wrote.
