Ukraine nominates itself for the IAEA Board of Governors for 2023-2025

Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko notes that Ukraine is continuing its course of integration into European energy markets, which is envisaged, in particular, by the draft of the new Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2050. 

In his words, the Ukrainian power system has been stabilised, and for the third week in a row, power generation has covered the consumption needs. 

"A year after the Russian invasion, we are much stronger than before. Russia has failed. We have survived, in particular, thanks to European solidarity. I am grateful to European countries for providing tons of equipment, thanks to which Ukrainian power engineers are returning light and heat to Ukrainian homes much faster," he said.
