Torture room used by Russian army found in de-occupied Izium
A prison and a torture room were found in the Izium police department, which was turned into a base by the Russian military during the temporary occupation.
Investigators are currently inspecting the police station. There were found registers listing "detainees" and electric cables used by Russians as torture tools.
Work is also underway to collect evidence for the court, in particular, to extract DNA samples and fingerprints from each cell where people were held.
