Three killed and 12 wounded as a result of Russian shelling in the Donetsk region

The Ukrainian Air Force downed 15 of the 25 Shahed UAVs that Russia used to attack Ukraine on the night of March 11.
The Russian army attacked Kharkiv, 30 km from Russia, with drones. Two multi-storey buildings, a hotel, and infrastructure were damaged. In the region, 15 settlements came under Russian artillery and mortar fire. Residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged.

In the Donetsk region, which has been partially occupied since 2014 and shares the frontline, Russians attacked the Pokrovsk, Kramatorsk and Bakhmut districts. Two people were killed in Dobropillia and another in Chasiv Yar. 12 people were injured in Myrnohrad. The figures do not include the number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian troops launched a kamikaze attack on the Nikopol district bordering the temporarily occupied part of the Zaporizhzhia region across the Dnipro. Chervonohryhorivka and Myrove communities also came under fire from Russian heavy artillery. Residential buildings, outbuildings, greenhouses, power lines and other infrastructure were damaged. Almost 2,000 households were left without water supply. Ukrainian air defence also shot down one Russian drone in Dniprovskyi district. There were no casualties.

The Russian army conducted 225 strikes on nine settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, which has been partially occupied since 2022 and is home to the largest nuclear power plant in Europe. Russians used MLRS, drones and aircraft. Residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged. There were no civilian casualties.

Russians shelled Antonivka, Prydnistrovske, Tiahynka, Monastyrske, Beryslav, Kozatske, Kherson and other towns in the Kherson region, which has been partially occupied since 2022 and is located on the frontline in the south of Ukraine. A multi-storey building in Kherson was damaged. One person was injured as a result of the Russian shelling of Ukrainian regions.
In the Mykolaiv region, south of Ukraine, Russia attacked the waters of the Ochakivka and Dmytrivka of the Kutsurub communities. Residential buildings were damaged, no one was injured.

Russians launched a drone attack on the Odesa region, which is home to a seaport infrastructure in the south of Ukraine. Ukrainian air defence shot down 10 drones. An infrastructure facility in the Odesa region was hit resulting in a fire. Debris damaged outbuildings. However, no one was killed or injured.
Russians fired mortars and cannon artillery at the Snovske and Semenivka communities in the Chernihiv region, which borders Belarus and Russia to the north. Ukrainian border guards recorded at least 22 explosions. There were no casualties.

During the day, the Russian army opened fire 41 times on Krasnopillia, Novoslobidka, Esman, Seredyna-Buda, Yunakivka, Khotin, Bilopillia, Myropillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Shalyhyne and Esman communities in the Sumy region, which borders Russia in the north. Ukrainian border guards recorded 236 explosions.
