The whereabouts of several heads of territorial communities of the Kherson Region are unknown — Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Those who did not cooperate with the Russian occupation authorities were detained for over three months, and some were taken to the occupied territories of Ukraine on the left bank of the region.

"The method of terror was used, the location of a person was established, and unauthorized searches were carried out. The person was detained and all possible illegal methods were applied to them, from psychological to physical violence," says Mykola Verbytskyi, deputy head of the General Directorate of the National Police in the Kherson region.
