The Wagner PMC camp in Belarus is shrinking

In August, the number of tents in the camp decreased by about a third.

This is evidenced by satellite images analysed by the Belarusian service of Radio Liberty.

Since early August, the dismantling of tents at the militants' base near Osipovichi has been ongoing. As of August 23, approximately 101 tents out of 273 had disappeared.

This may indicate that the Wagnerites have moved to another location.

However, the State Border Guard Service confirmed in a comment to Ukrayinska Pravda that the number of Wagner PMC fighters in Belarus is decreasing. This trend had been observed even before the alleged death of the owner of the private military company, Yevgeny Prigozhin.

It will be recalled that on August 23, a plane with the owner of the PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin on board was allegedly shot down in Russia.
