The USA announced a new $400 million aid package to Ukraine

This was announced by White House Deputy Press Secretary Sabrina Singh during a briefing.

The package will include 45 T-72 tanks. Sing specified that the USA would pay for the repair of 45 Czech tanks, and the Netherlands would pay for another 45 pieces of equipment. Some of the tanks will be in Ukraine by the end of December, others will arrive in 2023.

The package also included 250 M1117 armored personnel carriers, 40 armored river boats, 1,100 Phoenix Ghost kamikaze drones, and the Hawk air defense/anti-missile defense system.
