The Serhii Prytula Foundation starts delivering a record batch of armored vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine — 101 vehicles

The batch consists of six different modifications of the British CVR(T) tracked platform:

  • FV103 Spartan — an armored personnel carrier;
  • FV104 Samaritan — an armored ambulance;
  • FV105 Sultan — an armored command and control vehicle;
  • FV106 Samson — an armored recovery vehicle;
  • Stormer — an armored vehicle for air defence;
  • Shielder — an armored vehicle for the installation of anti-tank systems.

In addition, the Ukrainian army will receive two types of vehicles not directly related to the CVR(T):

  • FV432 Bulldog — an armored personnel carrier;
  • FV434 — an armored repair vehicle.

The first 24 armored vehicles arrived on March 1-2. Due to logistical difficulties, they will be delivered in several stages.

The money for these vehicles was raised on November 2-3, 2022. At that time, Ukrainians donated ₴236 million to the foundation.

The Ukrainian military is already familiar with these armored vehicles, as they were previously supplied by the UK.

"101 units of equipment will be distributed to military units of the Ukrainian Land Forces, which face important tasks in our common cause — the liberation of the entire territory of Ukraine from Russian occupiers," commented Ihor Palahniuk, Deputy Commander of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
