The Russians use banned chemical weapons in eastern Ukraine

The Ukrainian Naval Forces reported this.

In particular, the Russian military drops K-51 chloropicrin aerosol grenades from drones. Because of this, Ukrainian marines are forced to work in chemical protection at their positions.
