The Russians mined the Kakhovka HPP back in April

The Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine reported this.

On the dam of the Kakhovka HPP, two military tented "Kamaz" trucks are fully loaded with boxes of explosives.

Intelligence suggests that the Russian army carries out mining due to fears about the rapid de-occupation of the right-bank Kherson region. In case of detonation of explosives, the scale of the ecological disaster will affect the entire Black Sea region.
