The Russians forbid residents of the temporarily occupied south to move around populated areas, which exacerbates the humanitarian crisis — Operational Command "Pivden" ("South")

The Russian army continues to loot populated areas from which it is retreating, as well as causing damage to transport and critical infrastructure.

The Russian military is arranging defense line systems, mining roads and infrastructure facilities. There are incidents of bombings of the civilian population.

They also continue regrouping and moving troops to the left bank of the Dnipro.
