The Russians are trying to bribe local people to collect donor blood for wounded Russian soldiers in the Zaporizhzhia region

Melitopol Mayor Ivan Fedorov reported this.

According to him, the so-called “authorities” offer 736 roubles for donating blood. 

Also, on November 17, the Russians began to discharge locals massively from hospitals and stopped allowing relatives there. According to Fedorov, such actions are carried out to bring wounded Russian soldiers to the hospital.
