The Russians are preparing for the defense of Kherson — the military intelligence of Ukraine

Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence, noted that there are facts that indicate that the Russians are evacuating the financial structures they had brought in. Also, they are "trying to discharge those who can walk from hospitals as soon as possible, and are conducting the information campaign."

"They create the illusion that all is lost. And at the same time, on the contrary, they are bringing new military units there and preparing the city's streets for defense," said Budanov.
