The Russian military mined almost the entire Kherson — Governor

According to Yaroslav Yanushevych, demining works are currently ongoing in the city. He urged the citizens to refrain from visiting crowded places.

Kherson Governor emphasized the need not to go into the central part of the city on November 14, as demining works are planned for that day in that area.
