During the meeting, they planned to encourage the organization to obtain access from Russia to Ukrainian POWs in Olenivka.

"Despite our appeal and readiness to ensure such a trip, we did not see the International Committee of the Red Cross," wrote ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets.
