The participation of Russian and Belarusian athletes at the 2024 Paris summer Olympics is still unclear

The issue of their possible participation in the summer season at the Asian Games in 2023 is still being considered — the IOC's statement in a question-and-answer format.
"The decision has not yet been made. We are discussing their possible participation in competitions in Asia in the upcoming summer season. There is no mention of participation in the 2024 Olympics for athletes with Russian or Belarusian passports in any documents published by the IOC," the statement reads.
