The Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea continues to work on the concept of the state's steps after the de-occupation of the peninsula
The Permanent Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Tamila Tasheva, stated this during a briefing.
According to Tasheva, to ensure the fulfillment of tasks, for example, the State Border Guard Service needs about 5,000 additional employees, the National Police — about 7,200, the State Emergency Service — about 3,000, the National Guard — 12,500, the State Migration Service — more than 300, the prosecutor's offices — about 550, the State Bureau of Investigation — 300 employees.
Tasheva notes that to ensure control of the situation in the liberated territory, it is necessary to establish at least local military or military-civilian administrations, but forming a state only from locals who have lived in the occupation for nine years is not possible.
"A whole direction of educational training is being created for both civil servants already working in relevant positions, as well as people who are only planning to enter the civil service," she emphasizes.
The Mission also notes that it is necessary to find approaches, level the long-term influence of Russian propaganda, and pay special attention to working with children.
