"Whatever the dictator Lukashenko may be, as of now, a survival instinct has not completely left him. And until now, he understood that such a decision would be a final act of suicide for both his regime and his army," said Yusov, a representative of Ukrainian intelligence. 

However, Yusov also stresses that Ukraine is ready for different scenarios.
