The foreign ministers of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia called on the German government not to delay the decision to transfer Leopard tanks to Ukraine — the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis.

"We, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, call on Germany to immediately provide Ukraine with Leopard tanks.  This is necessary to stop Russian aggression, help Ukraine and quickly restore peace in Europe.  Germany, as a leading European state, bears a special responsibility in this matter," the Lithuanian politician wrote.

On January 20, the partners failed to reach an agreement on the supply of Leopard tanks to Ukraine.
