The foreign ministers of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania called on the EU to create a special international tribunal against the Russian leadership
The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania informed about this.
They call to continue supporting the ongoing investigations by Ukraine, a number of other states, as well as the International Criminal Court into Russia's actions on the territory of Ukraine.
"The Special Tribunal for the Punishment of the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine has to be established to fill this jurisdictional loophole. The EU together with our partners must be at the center of this effort," the statement reads.
