The Embassy of Ukraine in Montenegro warned of possible provocations on February 24

The Embassy "does not rule out the possibility of anti-Ukrainian provocations or security incidents." 

"Given the series of incidents that have taken place recently, and taking into account the approaching anniversary of Russia's full-scale armed invasion, the embassy does not rule out the possibility of anti-Ukrainian provocations or security incidents," the statement said. 

The embassy urged "to be vigilant and cautious in public places, not to expose yourself and your loved ones to danger, to avoid dubious situations and not to succumb to incitement."
