Tehran probably uses Moscow's dependence on Iranian-made weapons - ISW

Analysts note that the statement of the Iranian Foreign Minister on the recognition of the fact of UAV deliveries to Russia confirms the depletion of Russia's arsenal of precision munitions. 

The Institute for the Study of War adds that Tehran can use Russia's dependence on Iranian weapons to request assistance in its own nuclear program.
