ство. Prosecutors discovered torture chambers in four buildings in Kherson

The Russian military and representatives of the special services of the Russian Federation have set up centers of the so-called "law enforcement agencies" in the buildings of the Kherson temporary detention center, the pre-trial detention center, and one of the district police departments.

Investigators seized parts of rubber batons, a wooden bat, a device used by Russians to torture civilians with electric current, an incandescent lamp, and bullets from the walls. Russians utilized various methods of torture and physical and psychological violence against people in the cells and basements.
