SSU: Russian army offers Russians to go to war in exchange for debt relief

One of the prisoners told the SSU officers about such a way of recruiting soldiers for the war against Ukraine.

According to him, at the end of summer, he received a summons, after which the Russian was promised to write off debts for utilities if he signed a contract.

The so-called "volunteer" was supposed to be on the border with Ukraine. However, a week after signing the contract, he and other soldiers were transferred to the combat zone in the Donetsk region.
