Sixty-three bodies of people tortured by Russians found in the Kherson region — the Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrskyi during a telethon

Eleven sites where Russians kept people have already been found, four of them have signs of torture. In total, 436 criminal proceedings on war crimes have been initiated.

"The bodies of those who were tortured there are being exhumed. So far, 63 bodies have been found throughout the Kherson region," the Minister said.
