Security Service of Ukraine puts a Russian woman, who called her military husband to rape Ukrainian women, on the international wanted list
The husband of Russian Olga Bykovskaya, who lives in temporarily occupied Crimea, was a member of the Russian military unit that was in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region.
The SBU intercepted the couple's phone conversation and documented the crime.
The indictment was submitted to the court, and Bykovskaya was put on the national and international wanted list. She faces up to 12 years in prison.
