Russians turned 90% of hospitals in the temporarily occupied territories into military hospitals — Mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov

90% of hospitals provide assistance only to the wounded Russian military. Fedorov also notes that residents of the temporarily occupied territories have to wait half an hour for an ambulance. 

The Russians have also confiscated modern ambulances, which were used by the residents of Melitopol, and instead handed over vehicles produced by the Russian automotive industry.
