Russian military took seventy-six orphans to social rehabilitation centers for minors in Moscow region.

Serhii Haidai also adds that the Russians are "preparing for the transfer" to Russian families of another 104 children who are under supervision in the so-called "social institutions" of the illegal armed group of the so-called "Luhansk People's Republic".
