Russians shell Kupiansk, killing eight people

On September 19, Russian troops fired a Grom-E1 missile at Kupiansk, Kharkiv region.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

The attack killed eight civilians: six men and two women. 

Two of the victims were volunteers evacuating people.

The law enforcement officials are investigating the circumstances of the attack.
