Russians probably plan to blow up the dam of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant and blame it on the Armed Forces of Ukraine - ISW

Russians began withdrawing their troops from the western part of the Kherson region. Probably, they intend to continue the withdrawal over the next few weeks.
Analysts also note that Russian troops are likely to try to blow up the dam of the Kakhovka HPP to cover their withdrawal and allegedly prevent Ukrainian troops from pursuing the Russian army deep into the Kherson region.
