Russians have completed the construction of a barge crossing along the damaged Antonivskyi Bridge in Kherson - British intelligence

The intelligence notes that using civilian barges by the Russians probably gives Russia additional logistical advantages after losing a significant number of military bridge equipment and engineering personnel. 

Russian forces and crossing points across the Dnipro River will likely face increased pressure in the temporarily occupied Kherson.
