Russians continue covert mobilization - ISW

Despite the autumn draft, this is likely to harm the formation of the already overloaded armed forces of the Russian Federation. 

A new wave of calls is being prepared despite the completion of partial mobilization. 

As evidence of the continuation of mobilization, the decision of the Moscow military court, which accused the mobilized of beating the commander "during the performance of official duties during the mobilization period", is also inflated.

According to preliminary estimates, Putin ordered to stop the partial mobilization in order to free up space for the autumn draft by November 1.
