Russians block evacuation from Oleshky in the Kherson region for people without Russian passports

Volunteers told the ZMINA Human Rights Centre that Russians stop cars leaving Oleshky and check Russian passports. Currently, it is impossible to evacuate many people. 

According to them, as of 11 p.m., the water in Oleshky is reaching the roofs. People cannot evacuate and are waiting on the roofs because of the flooding. There is no way out, and the roads are already flooded.
