Russians attacked Kostiantynivka — there are dead and wounded

This was reported by President Zelenskyy and Prime Minister Shmyhal.

Preliminary, 16 people are killed, including one child. Another 28 people are injured. 

A fire broke out at the site of the impact, which has already been contained. Relevant services are working at the scene.

"A regular market. There are shops. A pharmacy. People who did nothing wrong. Many wounded. Unfortunately, the number of deaths and injuries may still increase," Zelenskyy commented.
