Russians are preparing new provocations at ZNPP — DIU

The Russian military is preparing new provocations at the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.

This was reported by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.

The agency warns about the Russians' possible plans for new armed provocations at the plant, as they have begun to spread information among their troops that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are allegedly "preparing to storm the plant".

In particular, they are telling their soldiers fake information that there will be an assault on the plant at the end of July involving "assault units" and unnamed "volunteer units".

"Dissemination of such information may indicate that the occupiers are preparing a false flag operation that will lead to a large-scale accident at ZNPP. According to the available information, another simulated shelling of the station is currently being prepared with the aim of further accusing Ukraine of it," the ministry added.
